Purchase Terms:

By selecting an available option, completing the order form and paying the associated fee, You are making a purchase (“Purchase”). When a Customer makes a  purchase, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement and represent and warrant that You as the Customer (i) are at least 18 years of age, (ii) are legally able to enter into this Agreement with Hearing Mates, and (iii) understand that the hearing aids provided under this Agreement are not intended for use by anyone under age 18. If You as the Customer do not agree with the foregoing, You may not Purchase and must return hearing aid(s) (“Device”) and all associated accessory parts and materials (collectively “Equipment”) to Us. This Agreement is deemed to be received by You as the Customer and is effective on the date on which You Purchase (“Effective Date”) and continues until terminated by either party.

 

Delivery: 

Your order will ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers. In most cases, your order will be delivered within three (3) to eighteen (18) days. We are not responsible for delays in making delivery or failure to make delivery due to causes beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of regulations of any governmental authority, fire, work stoppages or slowdowns, accident, flood, war, national emergency, acts of God, public disorder, transportation shortages or delays, and shortages of fuel or materials.

Refund Policy

 

It's true, we offer a 30-Day Guarantee!

If you are not satisfied with your hearing aid within 7 days of delivery, let us know and you will be reimbursed your money and will be charged anywhere from 5% - 35% restocking fees. If the product however, is defective we will either ship a new hearing aid or provide a full refund after the product has been fully inspected. 

If the package has not been opened within the first 30 days and you want to return the hearing aids, we will reimburse you the money in full. 

(Note: The package must be unopened in order to qualify for a refund from day 8 - day 30 of the package received)

 

If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.


Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@hearingmates.com
